All products on the website (unless otherwise stated) are custom-made and manufactured specifically to order.
- If an order is canceled immediately after placement and before any changes are made to the layout, we will refund the full amount minus the payment system commission (the commission amount depends on the order amount).
- If an order is canceled after changes have been made but before it has been sent to print, a commission of 25% of the order amount will be charged.
- Once the order has been sent to print, cancellation is not possible, as the sets produced are completely customized. In some cases, a partial refund may be possible after reviewing the situation on an individual basis.
We strongly recommend that you take into account possible delays in production or delivery, which we announce on the website, as well as in the first message with a preview image, and inform us in advance if the changed terms are not suitable for you.
Damaged/defective or incorrect item
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. In these circumstances, we will repair or replace the item at our expense. If you have received goods that subsequently prove to be defective, you must contact us immediately for further instructions.
Please note that stickers may be folded for ease of transport. If they are free of creases and cracks, they can be easily smoothed out by heating (see example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMYN-KCVGwg). If the stickers are not installed immediately, they should be stored in the same condition in which they were packaged to prevent dust and dirt from getting on them.
