Custom design creation
You can order a custom design for your motorcycle. Design development begins after you place your order on our website or send a pre-order request by email (cu**************@*****co.com).
By sending us any materials (including logos, images, and other files), you confirm that you have the rights to use them and give us permission to use them in the process of working on your order. All designs and graphic elements created by us remain the intellectual property of our company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To get started, please provide the following information:
- Full name of the motorcycle model and year of manufacture.
- Details of the modified plastic parts to which the stickers will be applied.
- Several photos of your motorcycle so that we can verify the compatibility of the design.
Additionally, you can provide the following information:
- Areas where you do not plan to apply stickers.
- Areas where trunks or bags are located so that key design elements are not placed in these areas.
If you are unsure about the choice of printing substrate, film, or coating, please let us know—we will provide examples of finished works with a description of their features. Please note that some types of materials can significantly affect the final appearance of the design.
We take all requests into account, but we do not copy other people’s designs or violate copyrights on brands and graphics.
If you want to add your own logo or image, please attach it to your order in high quality or vector format (SVG, PDF, EPS, CDR) and send it to our email (preferably). Please note that raster images may differ slightly in color and print quality due to the characteristics of the source files.
If you want to use specific colors that are not included in our standard palette, we will select the closest shade and conduct a test print. At your request, we can send you a photo or video of the sample under different lighting conditions, or send you a printed sample by mail (delivery is paid at the carrier’s rates). When choosing colors remotely, please take into account possible differences in color reproduction on different screens.
We make an unlimited number of corrections until the final approval of the design. However, once the layout has been confirmed and sent to production, no further changes are possible.
In certain cases, when the design process requires significant time and effort, a prepayment of €50 may be charged as a guarantee of your intention to purchase the set. Since the design is created individually for you, this amount will be deducted from the total cost of the order when it is placed.
However, if you decide not to purchase after the design has been developed, the prepayment is non-refundable. All terms and details are discussed individually with each customer depending on the specifics of the request.
According to our company’s rules, at least one of our logos must be present on each side of the motorcycle. You can choose its size and location yourself.
If you wish to completely remove our logo from the design, this will increase the cost of the kit by €35.
Payments
You can pay for your order using the following payment systems: Wise or PayPal. Payment can be made either on the website or by email request (cu**************@*****co.com), after which we will send you an invoice for payment via Wise or PayPal. Payment is available using credit cards.
Please note that our company is not a VAT payer. However, customs duties and taxes may be levied in the recipient’s country.
Printing time frames
After payment for the order, we will send you a preview of the design for approval by email (if ordered through the website) or via messenger, where the design was previously discussed. Confirmation of the layout before printing is mandatory, as some motorcycle models may differ, requiring additional clarification.
If the order is placed through the website and the layout is not confirmed within 7 calendar days, the order will be sent to print in its original form as presented on the website and in the preview email.
After the layout is confirmed, printing, packaging, and preparation for shipment take 5 to 10 business days. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know in advance, as delays may occur due to force majeure circumstances or the specifics of transport services.
Shipping/Delivery
When ordering a complete set (as presented on the website), worldwide delivery is free of charge.
We use: UPS, Novaglobal, FedEx, DPD.
Since we are located in Ukraine and UPS, FedEx, DPD offices are closed in our country due to the war, we are currently using double delivery. As soon as your parcel arrives in the country where the delivery service office is located, its status will change.
The exception is Novaglobal – parcels sent by this company are tracked immediately.
Delivery terms:
USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand – 14–25 business days
United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain – 10–16 business days
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Poland – 4–15 business days
Germany, Estonia, UAE, and other countries – 6–14 business days
Other countries can be clarified individually
If you need individual items from a previously purchased set, we will calculate their cost and provide you with the details. The cost of shipping individual items is 30 euros. However, if you have a friend who wants to order a complete set, we can include the items you need in their order with free shipping to one address.
The minimum cost of a new order for individual items not linked to one of your previous orders is 50 euros. In this case, shipping will also be 30 euros.
If the recipient does not pick up the package within the specified storage period, refuses to accept it, or does not pay customs fees, the shipment will be destroyed by the delivery service. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process and cannot compensate for the associated costs.

Lost parts
If the graphics have been damaged or lost due to the fault of the delivery service, we will reprint and resend the order free of charge.
If the incident is related to the actions of the postal service, you must provide supporting evidence: photographs, video recordings, or an official notification from the delivery service.
If the package is found to be missing items, please provide a photo of the complete contents of the box, indicating the items that are missing.
All claims are accepted within 48 hours of receipt of the order and are reviewed on the next business day.
Please carefully check the contents of the box upon receipt and compare it with the approved preview image.
